Fluffy Fruit Surprise (wackily delicious!)

How long does it take?

10 minutes to prepare, two hours to chill

What's in it?

1 12-ounce container low-fat nondairy whipped topping
1 10-ounce box low-fat firm tofu
1 3.4-ounce box raspberry Jell-O
1 cup fresh raspberries and/or strawberries

How to make it:

Empty whipped topping into a large bowl. Drain and discard water from tofu. Add tofu to whipped topping, and mash until well blended. Add dry Jell-O and mix. Add fruit and mix. Let chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
