Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sandwich

How long does it take?

What's in it?

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 oz. before cooking)
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
1 slice of canned pineapple
1 whole-grain hamburger bun

How to make it:

Wrap the tray of a toaster oven in aluminum foil. Turn toaster oven on and set to 350 degrees. Place uncooked chicken breast in a bowl, and cover it with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Place chicken breast on the oven tray, and bake for 10 minutes. Place sliced green pepper and pineapple slice on chicken breast, top with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until chicken breast is done. Place on bun, and eat.
