Summer Berry Parfait
long does it take?
fresh strawberries, sliced (3/4 of a cup)
cup fresh blueberries
cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
tablespoon wheat germ
to make it:
a tall glass, layer the strawberries (3 slices at a time), yogurt (about 3 tablespoons
at a time), blueberries (5 or 6 at a time), and wheat germ (about 2 teaspoons
at a time). Make three to four layers of each.
